RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Orders placed on charmon2nd.com are eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of receiving the order. While we do not issue refunds, we will gladly accept items eligible for return for online store credit or exchange.
Online Return Instructions
When returning your package, please include the following:
1. Unworn item(s) in its original condition.
2. A copy of the original invoice
3. Reason for the return- we strive to provide the best possible service for our customers.
Please mail back your order with a trackable shipping service (we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages).

Blue Q and Emily McDowell merchandise must be new, packaged and unaltered with tags attached.
Customer is responsible for return shipping fees. All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of having received your order (as per tracking info).
***All sale items are final sale: Orders placed with any discount code, anything in the sale section, items reduced in price or clearance**** These items cannot be returned for store credit or exchange*
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items, process the return, and send you an email with your online store credit within 2-3 business days. Once you receive the credit, you will be able to use it towards any future online purchase at charmon2nd.com.
We offer free in-store pick-up at our brick and mortar located at 2329 2nd Ave N, Birmingham, AL 35203.
All orders are shipped via USPS.
Orders placed before 2pm CST on Monday - Friday will begin processing that day and will ship within 1 – 3 business days. Orders placed after 2pm CST on Monday - Friday will begin processing the next business day and will ship within 1 – 3 business days. (If your order is placed on Friday after 2pm CST, it will begin processing on the following Monday.) Delivery time does not include weekends or holidays.
Orders shipped within the continental US via standard shipping can take 5 – 7 business days.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen or packages delayed by USPS.
Standard Shipping (orders under $40) - $7 + $1 for each additional item.

Once your order is successfully packed for shipment, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number.
